Hand-cast vessels travel a long way. Here is how we make it right if something happens.
30-day replacement guarantee
Every standard Living Form vessel comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a piece arrives broken, hairline-cracked, or visibly outside the variance shown in the photos, we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@livingform.shop with a photo and we will dispatch the replacement.
Standard returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unused vessel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Send it back in the original packaging if possible. We refund within 7 working days of receiving the piece.
How to start a return
Email hello@livingform.shop with your order number and a sentence about the return. We will send the studio address and any extra packing notes. No special form to fill in.
If a piece is damaged in transit
Photograph the outer package and the piece itself within 48 hours of delivery, and email us the photos with your order number. We will replace the piece (or refund it, if you prefer) within 7 working days and lodge the carrier claim ourselves. Hold on to the original packaging until the case is resolved.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original card via Stripe. The funds usually land within 3 to 5 working days of refund, depending on your bank.
One-of-one pieces
Broken-corner cubes, broken-tray pieces, and the bulbous cube sculptural variants are unique. The 30-day replacement guarantee covers them only if they arrive in a different condition from the photographs. They are not eligible for the standard 14-day change-of-mind return; if you need to return one, we will offer a store credit instead. Always email first.
