Where we ship
Across the European Union and to the United Kingdom. If you are outside those regions, email hello@livingform.shop and we will quote based on weight and destination.
Lead times
Standard vessels ship from the studio within five working days of your order, sooner where possible. Pieces that are still curing wait the full two weeks before they leave; we will email if your order falls into that window. One-of-one pieces ship as soon as they are dry and packed. Delivery itself takes 3 to 7 working days across most of the EU, 7 to 10 working days to the UK.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. EU within-zone starts around €8; UK starts around €18. The full quote is shown before you pay.
Carriers
DPD or DHL depending on the destination. Both provide tracked, signed delivery and door-to-door service. You will receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is collected.
Packaging
Each vessel is hand-wrapped in recyclable kraft and shredded paper, packed in a corrugated box sized to the piece. No plastic foam, no bubble wrap. Concrete is heavier than it looks; we test-drop every box shape before it goes into use.
UK customs and VAT
Post-Brexit shipments to the UK may attract import VAT and a handling fee from the carrier. For orders under £135 we collect UK VAT at checkout and ship cleared. Over £135 the carrier bills the recipient directly on delivery. We do not surprise you with hidden costs; the checkout will say which case applies.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected from the studio. If a parcel sits longer than 48 hours without an update, email us and we will chase the carrier.
If a piece is damaged in transit
Photograph the package outer and the piece inside within 48 hours of delivery, and email hello@livingform.shop. We will replace or refund within 7 days. See the returns page for the full process.
