About these terms
These terms govern any order placed on livingform.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside our privacy notice, shipping page, and returns page.
Who we are
Living Form is a small studio in Limassol, Cyprus, run by Rafaella Svenstrup. Contact: hello@livingform.shop.
Our pieces
Each vessel is hand-cast in small batches. Tone shifts, surface variance, pinholes, and soft mould edges are part of the work, not defects. Photographs are representative. Your piece will share the shape and palette shown but may vary slightly in surface character. One-of-one pieces are unique. Once sold, they are gone.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any VAT applicable to Cyprus orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; you pay the price displayed at the moment you place the order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, and will refund any payment in full.
Payment
We accept card payments through Stripe. Your card details never reach our systems. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store card data.
Shipping
We ship across the EU and to the UK. Lead times, costs, and customs information are on the shipping page. Each vessel is wrapped by hand in recyclable kraft.
Returns and replacements
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on standard pieces, and a 14-day standard return window. One-of-one pieces follow a separate policy. Full detail on the returns page.
Variance and the work of the hand
Each piece is hand-cast and finished one at a time. The tonal and surface variance described in the product copy is a feature of the process, not a defect. Variance within the photographed range is not a ground for return; if your piece falls outside that range we will replace or refund it.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for any loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the protections of the consumer law of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it. The current version is dated below.
